Getting started

Send feedback or report a problem

The Feedback button is in the sidebar on every screen, on every plan, and it goes straight to the person who builds this.

Feature requests, bug reports, and "this is annoying" notes all go through the same button. There is no support ticket queue and no chatbot in between.

Where the button is

On desktop, Feedback sits at the bottom of the left sidebar, just above the Settings gear. When the sidebar is collapsed it is the icon in the same position. On a phone it is at the bottom of the nav drawer.

It is available on every plan, including free.

What to send

Pick the kind of note first: feature request, bug report, or general note. Then say what happened.

For a bug, the three things that make it fixable are what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it involved a specific project or product, saying which one helps a lot. For a feature request, describing the job you were trying to do is more useful than describing the control you think would solve it.

What happens next

Every submission is recorded and also emailed directly, so it is seen the same day. There is no automatic reply. If something needs a response you will get one at your account email address.

If the app is broken right now

Send the report anyway. If the app is broken badly enough that the Feedback modal will not open, email the address on your receipt. Include the page address you were on, because the URL usually names the exact surface.
