Every feature, in builder terms. Search by what you are trying to do, not by what the button is called.

Getting started

Set up your account and get your first spec sheet out the door.

Building spec sheets

The editor, sections, rooms, quantities, and revisions.

Products and the library

Build a reusable library and get products into it fast.

  • The product library

Save the products you specify repeatedly, then insert them into any project without retyping. Editing a library product never changes a spec sheet you already sent.

  • Import products three ways

Paste a link, clip the page you are on, or photograph the box. All three land in the same preview, so pick whichever matches where you are standing.

  • Smart import: paste a product link

Paste one URL or ten, and the image plus every field the page can support fills itself in, including the ones a plain parser cannot reach.

  • The browser clipper

A Chrome extension that saves the product page you are looking at straight into your library, using the page your own browser already loaded.

  • Add a product from a photo

Point your phone at a box, a spec label, or a showroom tag and get a filled-in product preview. No URL required.

  • Folders and bulk import

A two-level folder tree with a sidebar, and imports that arrive already filed. Paste ten links and watch them sort themselves.

  • Share a product link

Send a client one product or a set as a clean, branded, phone-first page. No prices, no login, and editing your library never changes a link you already sent.

Money and budgets

Allowances, actuals, markup, and what stays internal.

  • Track allowances versus actuals

Set a budget where you actually have one, per line or per section, and watch the variance move as selections firm up. A blank allowance is not a zero budget.

  • Set markup on a section

Put your markup percentage on the section so items inherit it, then set prices from cost plus markup in one action.

  • The cost and profit lens (internal only)

See projected profit per line, per section, and per project. None of it ever reaches a client, a trade, or a homeowner.

Sharing with clients

Share links, tiers, comments, approvals, and change orders.

  • Share a spec sheet with a client

One link, no login, always the live numbers. Turn sharing on, copy the link or email it, and rotate it if it ever gets forwarded somewhere it should not have gone.

  • Give the client good, better, and best

Present up to three versions of one spec sheet where most lines are shared and only the upgrade-relevant lines differ. The client browses them side by side.

  • Client comments and approvals

Clients can comment on specific items and sections, and formally approve the sheet with their typed name. Approvals freeze a snapshot of exactly what they agreed to.

  • Change orders end to end

Compose a change order from the money the sheet already knows, send it for a typed-name signature, and let the signature be what actually changes the selections list.

  • Selection boards

Visual boards per room, with images, a color palette, and side-by-side compare. Clients see them on the share link and can react to what they love.

Trades and the field

Trade packages, order sheets, and check-in on delivery day.

  • Send a trade package

Cut a money-free, phone-first slice of the spec sheet for one trade, send the link, and see exactly who acknowledged which version.

  • Order sheets and supplier quotes

Turn everything from one supplier into a clean request a purchasing desk can price, then read the returned quote back in so your costs are real numbers.

  • QR material check-in on delivery day

Print labels with a QR per item, scan one when the truck arrives, and confirm the material against the spec before anybody installs the wrong tile.

Delivery and closeout

Print, PDF, packets, and the homeowner manual.

  • Print a spec sheet or save a PDF

The print route is the same document you see on screen, laid out for letter paper with repeating headers and no orphaned headings.

  • The selections packet and tear sheets

One branded PDF: a cover, a plate per board with lettered callouts and a notes legend, then the client spec sheet. The thing a designer spends hours assembling.

  • Deliver the homeowner manual

A permanent link and a printable binder with every product in the house, where it went, how to care for it, and where its warranty lives.

  • Export your data as CSV or JSON

Get a project out as a spreadsheet or as structured data, and get your whole account out from Settings. Your data is yours.

Account and billing

Plans, settings, exports, and referrals.

  • Plans and billing

Four plans, one ladder. What changes going up is how many projects and products you can keep, how much AI and import you get, and which client-facing surfaces unlock.

  • Settings and your account

Branding, account details, password, exports, the clipper token, referrals, onboarding tips, and account deletion, in the order they appear on the page.

  • Refer another builder

Share your referral link. When somebody signs up through it and subscribes, you both get a credit toward your next invoice.
