There are four plans: Free, Starter, Pro, and Unlimited. Current prices and the exact numbers are on the pricing page, which is the one place they live so they cannot go stale here.
What the ladder actually changes
Three things move as you go up.
How much you can keep. Projects, saved templates, and saved products all have ceilings that rise by plan. Free is a single project with no library and no templates.
How much automated work you get. AI drafting, smart imports, and quote ingestion are metered per month, and the allowances rise by plan.
Which surfaces unlock. The client facing and trade facing features are the real dividing line. Tiered proposals, change orders, order sheets, trade packages, selection boards, the home manual, and sending a PDF to a client all start at Pro. Free and Starter exports carry a watermark; Pro and Unlimited do not.
Changing plan
Billing is its own page in the sidebar. Upgrading takes effect immediately, so the surface you just tried to use is available when you go back to it.
Downgrading takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Your data is never deleted by a downgrade. If you drop below a ceiling, existing content stays and you cannot add more until you are back under the limit.
When you hit a limit
The app tells you which limit you hit and what it would take to get past it, rather than failing quietly. That prompt is the same information as the pricing page, in context.
What is free forever
The help centre. Reading a spec sheet somebody shared with you, acknowledging a trade package, scanning a delivery check-in, and opening a home manual are all free to the person doing them, always, on every plan. Those are your clients and your subs, and charging them to look at your document would be absurd.
Invoices and payment
Payment and invoices are handled by Stripe. The billing page links to the portal where you can change a card, download invoices, and cancel.
Cancelling
Cancel from the billing portal. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, then drop to Free. Nothing is deleted. If you want your data out, export it first.
