Spec Sheet Builder turns your finish selections into a document a client or a trade can act on. The fastest route to value is about ten minutes: set your branding, create a project, fill a few rows, and look at the output.
Set your branding first
Your company name and logo appear on every spec sheet, PDF, share link, trade package, and home manual the app produces. Setting them once means everything you send after that is already branded.
Go to Settings and fill in the Branding section: company name, logo, and default currency. The logo is used at the top of printed documents, so a wide horizontal mark reads better than a square one.
Create a project
A project is one build. From Projects, choose New project and give it a name, the client's name, and the job address. Harborview Custom Homes would create a project called Lakeshore Residence with Alex and Jordan Reed as the clients.
When the project is created it is seeded with the standard residential sections: Site, Exterior, Flooring, Interior Doors and Trim, Paint, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Plumbing Fixtures, Lighting and Electrical, Appliances, HVAC, and Hardware. Every section is editable, removable, and reorderable, and you can add more from the picker. It is a strong default, not a cage.

Fill the first section
Open the Spec editor and pick a section. On a desktop the rows are a keyboard grid: type, Tab across the fields, and Enter spawns the next row. On a phone the same data is a card list with a focused edit sheet, and Duplicate last is the button that carries the speed.
You do not have to fill everything. Item name is the only required field. Manufacturer, model, and finish are the ones a trade will actually ask about, so those are worth getting in early.
Look at the output
Open Spec sheet from the project sidebar. That is the branded document, grouped by section with per-section subtotals. It is the thing you hand somebody. If it does not look right yet, the fix is almost always in the editor, not in the output.
From there you can print it, save a PDF, or share a live link the client can open without an account.
