When a page fights back
Some retailers block automated readers, and some return a page so thin there is nothing to read even though the request succeeded. Both cases are handled: the page is fetched again properly and the real markup is parsed, including the product image.
Getting an image every time is the bar. It is the one field you cannot reconstruct from memory, and it is what makes a selection board and a tear sheet look like something a designer made.
Fields that no page states in a machine readable way, finish, size, supplier, and unit of measure most often, are filled by reading the page's own text.
Always check the preview
The preview exists because automated reading is very good and not perfect. Confirm the model number and the finish before saving. Those two are what a supplier orders against.
