You are in a supply house holding a faucet box. There is no link to paste. Take a picture of it instead.
Take the photo
On a phone, open Products, choose Add, and pick the camera option. Take a photo or choose one from your roll.
Three subjects work well: the product box, the spec or model label on the carton, and the showroom tag on a display. What they have in common is printed text carrying the brand and the model.
What comes back
The photo is read for name, brand, model, finish, and size, and lands in the same preview every other import uses, with a suggested folder already filled in.
The photo itself becomes the product image, which means the thing you photographed is what shows up on a selection board later.
Getting a clean read
Fill the frame with the label rather than the whole box. Get the light off the glossy print if you can; a slight angle beats a straight-on flash. If the model number is on a small sticker, take that sticker rather than the packaging art.
If the read comes back thin, you are better off fixing the two fields that matter in the preview than retaking the shot. Model and finish are the two.
Check it before saving
Same rule as every other import: the preview is there to be read. Confirm the model, confirm the finish, correct the folder if the suggestion missed.
Usage limits
Photo imports draw on the same monthly smart import allowance that link imports do, and it goes up with your plan. See pricing for the current numbers.
