Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, then Usage. On a phone, that menu is at the bottom of the drawer.
The bar is the percent of your current allowance you have used. The smaller numbers underneath are the raw token counts: used, of the allowance in force. Settings, then AI, shows the same bar. Both screens read the same two numbers, so they cannot disagree.
A trial allowance is a flat taste, about 60 AI actions, not a fraction of the paid month. The bar always measures against the allowance that is actually in force right now. Billing names the full plan allowance separately so the two numbers cannot be confused.
Per-feature guidance
Below the bar, each AI feature has a short note. After you have used a feature five times, the note becomes a personalised "typically about X% of your allowance" figure from your own history. Until then it is a qualitative description, not a number computed from one call.
What happens when the bar is full
AI pauses. Nothing else does. Projects, specs, exports, and share links keep working. The allowance resets on the date shown under the bar, or when a trial converts to a paid month. If you hit the trial AI cap before day 7, the rest of the trial still works, and Billing (or the dialog that opens) can start the paid plan immediately.
Cancel a plan from Billing in the app, not from the Stripe customer portal.
