How selection boards workA board for each room
A spec sheet is a schedule. A board is what the room looks like. Make one per room, or turn a section of the spec sheet into a board in one step.
A board pins items that are already on your spec sheet, so it never drifts from the sheet. Change a finish on the sheet and the board shows it.
Pick, feature, arrange
Add items from the spec sheet or from your product library. A library product you add to a board lands on the spec sheet too, in a section named for the board.
Feature a tile to give it two columns, drag the tiles into order on a desktop, and set a color palette for the room. Each board carries one note to the client.
Compare two to four boards side by side when the client is choosing between rooms or directions.
On the client's link
Publish a board and it appears on the client's share link. The client sees the photos, names, manufacturers, and finishes, with the palette and your note. Price, quantity, and model numbers stay off the board.
Clients can love an item or comment on it. A love is a signal, not an approval.
Print it or bind it
Print a board as a tear sheet or download it as a PDF. Or build a selections packet: a cover, the published boards, then the spec sheet, ready to print or download.
At a glance
- A board per room, built from the items already on your spec sheet, so the board and the sheet never disagree.
- Add items from the spec sheet or your product library. A library product added to a board lands on the spec sheet too.
- Feature a tile to make it bigger, set a color palette, and leave the client one note per board.
- Publish it to the client's share link. The client sees photos, names, and finishes, never price or quantity.
- Clients can love an item or comment on it. That is a signal, not an approval.
- Print a tear sheet, download a PDF, or bind the boards into a selections packet with the spec sheet.
